This report documents the Second Quy Nhon Shared Learning Dialogue held in Quy Nhon, Vietnam on 20 August 2009. SLD2 was organized by Quy Nhon city with the support of ISET, the National Institute for Science and Technology Policy and Strategy Studies (NISTPASS), and Challenge to Change (CtC). The Quy Nhon “Report of Shared Learning Dialogue 2”, was produced by Quy Nhon City, NISTPASS and CtC in Vietnamese and is presented here in translation. Introduction by ISET.
