This documentary highlights the climate vulnerability of two Indian cities: Panaji, a major tourist destination and Visakhapatnam, a growing industrial hub. The documentary maps out the vulnerability of infrastructure services in these two cities and highlights TERI's approach towards mainstreaming climate risk management in the planning processes of these cities. It was prepared as part of a study granted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of their Climate Change Resilient Development (CCRD) project’s climate adaptation small grants program.
