This is an executive summary produced by students of Urban and Regional Planning Department of Diponegoro University, as part of Planning Studio product in 2016.

This document summarized the planning studio result that elaborate regional development strategies with the concept of inclusive and cllimate change resilience in Ungaran Raya District in Semarang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Based on the geographical location, Ungaran Raya is known as the Peri-Urban of Semarang City. High demand of residential spaces causing urban sprawl from Semarang City to Ungaran area, located in higher elevation which makes the area is less vulnerable from flood compared to Semarang City. This land conversion issue caused some problems because it contributes to runoff water that will be moving from upstream to downstream in Semarang City.
