Selection criteria:

1. At least Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
2. For Senior position, at least 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency and climate change are required.
3. Strong analytical skill with an ability to communication difficulty issue/topic
4. Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
6. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
7. Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail
